Garden designer Caroline Butler created a sculpture using leaf shaped pieces of 5mm thick Perspex® Frost cast acrylic which formed the centrepiece of the Bradstone Panache garden at the 2012 RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
The sculpture uses a combination of curved steelwork embellished with Perspex® Frost leaves in six tonal colours; S2 2T07 Citrus Yellow, S2 2T53 Saffron Yellow, S2 3T17 Mandarin Orange, S2 4T50 Chilli Red, S3 4T97 Raspberry Red and S2 8T15 Perfect Plum.
The leaves were laser cut by London based design and fabrication company Zone Creations.
The Perspex® sculpture which forms the centrepiece of the garden represents growth, vitality and new life.
Following the show, the Perspex® sculpture was donated to the London Wildlife Trust at their Peckham Centre for Wild Life Gardening.
