Project parameters

Panels made from 10mm thick Perspex® Frost have been used to create a roof for an outdoor amphitheatre in a secondary college in Australia.

Designer Eve Merrington of Pavan Consultancy, specified Perspex® Frost acrylic sheet panels in a number of different colours to create a unique roof structure which is functional, hard wearing and aesthetically pleasing and engaging for the students.

Perspex® Frost has a 10 year guarantee against fading and other effects of the weather. Its smooth surface texture helps reduce the appearance of fingers marks and because the panels are 10mm thick they will safeguard against damage through accidental impact.

The Perspex® panels were supplied and manufactured by Mitchell Plastics who have a long experience in producing high quality products using Perspex®.
